Priority Helpline

This is proving to be very useful where that “odd” case crops up and you need an answer quick. For a negotiated monthly fee (three months payable in advance with a three monthly review), dependent upon the likely number of calls, I aim to reply within the day – hopefully on the spot. Being a one man band and if, for example, I am on “site” there could be a delay but that will be kept to a minimum - email is the preferred method of contact but if an immediate answer is the ideal and a phone call to the office results in the answerphone then try the mobile (I have very poor mobile reception in the office) or failing all that an email - which I should be able to pick up on the iphone.

I cannot guarantee a prompt response but a weekend service will be included - email preferred - but expect some delays.

I am afraid I will  not be able to provide a fast service if I am away on holiday but I do try to sneak away (while she is not looking) to an internet cafe.

This is £75  per question as and when I can reply – you can expect a prompt acknowledgement with an anticipated time of full reply.
